Title: Corporate Care Specialist


Department: Customer Care
Report to: CS Lead
Location: Ho Chi Minh City or Ha Noi City


Key responsibilities

●      Response to customer calls/ messages in websites, fan page and hotline.

●      Consult Genetica® services.

●      Handle customer’s complaints or enquiries.

●      Gather customer’s feedback and hand over to related PIC. Ensure customer to receive feedback from Genetica® on due date.

●      Follow and track E2E process.

●      Implement CRM smoothly.

●      Execute customer care program.

●      Close deal, cross sales and up sales.

●      Improve customer experience with Genetica®.

●      Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.

●      On-site consult Genetica services as requested by Line Manager.

●      Report weekly/ monthly to CS lead.

●      Other assignment(s) requested by Line Manager.

Requirements

Education & Experience

●      University background in Biotechnology or Medicine is required.

●      CS experience is a plus.

Skills

●      Good communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.

●      Negotiation skill.

●      Maturity, confidence, patience, and excellent interpersonal skills.
