Genetica® Vietnam is a leading bio-technology company in Vietnam. We provide genetic tests for Asian population. Using only saliva, we analyze hundreds of genes and thousands of markers to give users detailed reports on Personalized Nutrition, Personalized Fitness, Hereditary Cancers and Child Development. Our genetic testing products are developed by entrepreneurs, ex-Googlers, PhDs and research scientists from Cornell University and University of California, San Francisco, USA.
KEY ROLES
● Generate and manage sales pipeline via working with Healthcare partners and other distribution channels as well as direct corporate sale approach
● Present products/ services to customers (partners/ corporate).
● Achieve sales target.
● Conduct market research, evaluate customer needs, and seek new sales opportunities.
● Maintain relationships with clients/partners.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
(a) Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
(b) Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media. Create Leads and Opportunities on Salesforce
(c) Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their need and concerns.
(d) Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
(e) Create frequent update, reviews and reports with sales and financial data on Salesforce
(g) Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
(h) Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
(i) Collaborate with team members to achieve best results.
(j) Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
(k) Other assignment(s) requested by Line Manager
REQUIREMENT
- 5 year + experience in Corporate Business Development
- Healthcare industry experience is an advantage
- Open minded, willing to take on challenges and learn from mistakes
