Gene Friend Viet Nam Company Limited (the “Company’) undertakes to use the account number of the customer only for good reason, when there is a need to return the amount of the previously paid by customer or at the request of the law. In addition, the Company commits not to use Customer's account number in any other cases.
In case it is necessary to refund the previously paid by customer, the company will return it to the same account that customer used to transfer money, except for reason that account was closed, customers need to provide “Notice of closing bank account sent to Customer” and then send another account number of Customer instead.
