The result in my fat metabolism says that I have a risk of increased systolic blood pressure with saturated fat consumption, but my blood pressure is usually low.
With that result, it does not necessarily mean your systolic blood pressure will be high. Why is my power performance low but I am very good at sports need speed or strength, I can even get better performance than others?

My caffeine metabolism is good but I feel uncomfortable and my heart beats fast while drinking coffee. Why?
