On April 17, 2021, SeABank joined forces with Genetica to diversify their services and enhance the customer experience by offering scientific and accurate gene decoding solutions to SeABank customers.
Through continuous research on user needs, effective customer engagement, and seamless coordination of support activities, SeABank and Genetica have achieved remarkable success in adding value to customers throughout their gene decoding journey.
Over the course of nearly 2 years, nearly 10,000 SeABank customers have activated Genetica gene decoding service packages. Notably, the reach and utilization of gene decoding services have extended to all 63 provinces and cities in Vietnam, benefiting more than 50,000 customers and their families.
The success of the cooperation between SeABank and Genetica is not only reflected in the number of visits and services activated and used, but also in the positive reception, feedback, and sharing from customers and their families upon receiving the gene decoding reports.
This service combines cutting-edge achievements in artificial intelligence and biotechnology, which have proven to be practical in accurately managing health and personalizing the developmental paths of individuals and their children. With over 65% of users being children under 18 years old, SeABank and Genetica take pride in earning the trust of parents who seek to understand and guide their children's development in the right direction.
"After decoding my child's genes, I consulted with a Genetica expert and discovered valuable insights about my child's genetic makeup and body. Now I understand why my child's growth is stunted and why they have difficulty absorbing nutrients when they consume certain foods. It turns out that their ability to metabolize nutrients is affected by adverse genetic variations. Armed with this knowledge, I can make informed decisions about their diet and help them avoid foods that are not suitable for their health," shared Ms. Ngoc Thuy, a SeABank customer who utilized the G-Kid Pro package for her child.
Additionally, gene decoding services for adults have also positively impacted the lives of SeABank customers.
Ms. Que Linh shared her experience after using the G-Stroke package: "Understanding that I have a high genetic risk of stroke, I have taken proactive measures to regulate my work and manage my emotions to avoid excessive stress, as it is one of the significant factors contributing to strokes in young people. I have also adjusted my diet accordingly and made time to relax and rest."
Reflecting on the two-year journey of cooperation that encompassed numerous achievements and experiences, SeABank and Genetica are further motivated to pursue their development strategy of leveraging modern technology to enhance customer benefits and experiences. This shared vision will guide both companies in achieving further business milestones and supporting customers in building prosperous lives."
