1. Return Policy

  • Specialty of providing services should not allow payment, only allow repeat service if detecting errors due to mistakes made by the Company in the process of exchanging information and yielding results.
  • If Customer purchases services through an agent / partner ("partner") of the Company, customer will contact the partner to resolve questions and complaints about the service (if any).
  • Customer want to change registered service: Applicable cases:
    • Within 15 days after registering the service and / or before the Company carries out DNA analysis and decoding (whichever comes first);
    • The cost of the service customer wants to switch to is higher or equal to the cost of previously registered service.

2. Complaint-handling
